Can I specify the location for my job post?
Yes. Each job has its worksite, which is used to match nearby guards and screen by distance. Public listings show only the city and state, never the street address or the name of the site you protect.
How quickly will I start receiving applications?
Our team checks your company once, and then each job before it goes live. When a job is approved, guards nearby who match it can get a text alert. How fast people apply depends on the location, pay, schedule and license level you need.
How do I verify the qualifications of applicants?
Our team reviews each guard’s license. We do not check it live with the state, so confirm it yourself where the law requires. You see its level, status and expiration date on every application. Guards can also add an optional selfie match to confirm their identity.
Can I post my job on other job boards through Guardix Jobs?
No, Guardix Jobs doesn’t send your post to other job boards. Each public job has its own page built to appear in Google’s job search, so guards can find it there too.
How can I make my job post stand out?
