Text Message Terms
Version 2026-10-20. Effective October 20, 2026.
Draft for attorney review. Bracketed items must be filled in, and the whole document should be reviewed by a lawyer licensed in the states where Guardix Jobs operates, before launch.
Guardix Jobs sends text messages from [TEXTING NUMBER OR SHORT CODE]. These are the programs, and what you agree to for each.
| Program | What you get | How often | Your choice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account messages | Sign-in codes, security notices, and updates on your applications and messages | When you sign in or something changes on your account | Required for a guard account |
| Job alerts | New jobs that match your profile | Up to 3 a day | Optional, off unless you turn it on |
| License reminders | A reminder before a license expires | Up to 3 per license, 60, 30 and 7 days before | Optional, off unless you turn it on |
- Agreeing to job alerts or reminders isn’t a condition of using Guardix Jobs.
- Message and data rates may apply. Guardix Jobs never charges for texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact support@guardix.com.
- Reply STOP to stop texts from our number. This also stops sign-in codes, so you won’t be able to sign in until you reply START. To stop only job alerts or reminders, turn them off in Account settings instead.
- Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don’t share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing. Our text provider, Twilio, sends messages for us.
